1. About SiteFuse

SiteFuse Plugins is an independent UK maker of WordPress plugins. Contact us at support@sitefuseplugins.com.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site, read its documentation and download files made available to you. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape it in a way that materially degrades service or falsely imply an endorsement by SiteFuse.

3. Plugin licences

The Lightweight 360 Panorama Image Viewer is supplied under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). That licence governs your rights to use, study, modify and redistribute the plugin code. Nothing in these website terms removes rights granted by the GPL.

SiteFuse names, logos, website copy and non-code brand assets are not automatically licensed under the GPL merely because plugin code is.

4. Free and Premium editions

Version 1.1.0 is offered as a free download. Premium is available for $99 USD per production site per year. An active Premium licence covers one WordPress site and includes Premium updates and support during the annual licence term.

The order confirmation will state the licence holder, covered site, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements. Any applicable tax will be shown before payment is completed.

5. Documentation and compatibility

We aim to keep product descriptions, requirements and documentation accurate. WordPress sites vary widely, so you are responsible for checking compatibility, keeping suitable backups and testing updates in an appropriate environment before using them on an important site.

6. Support

Public documentation and the support route are provided in good faith. Unless separate paid terms say otherwise, support is not a guaranteed response-time or managed-service commitment.

7. Warranties

Free software is provided subject to the warranty terms and disclaimers in its licence. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every intended use.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, SiteFuse is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the free website or free plugin. Additional liability terms for Premium are stated in the purchase terms provided with an order.

9. External services and links

The site may link to WordPress, licence material or other third-party resources. Those services operate under their own terms and are not controlled by SiteFuse.

10. Changes and availability

We may update the site, documentation, downloads and these terms. Material changes apply from the revised effective date and do not remove rights already granted under an applicable plugin licence.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
